Orange Sierra Leone last week launched its new brand logo ‘Orange is Here’ at the company’s headquarters at Hill Station in Freetown.
In his remarks, Philip Emeh, head of Communications, Brand and Sponsorship, highlighted the importance of brand signature and perception, emphasizing the company’s values of care, responsibility, and boldness.
Customer Experience Director Alpha Bundu expressed excitement about the launch and the company’s commitment to turning disruptions into opportunities. He reassured customers that Orange is dedicated to addressing their challenges and providing a reliable network.
CEO Amadu Sekou Bah reiterated the company’s core values and acknowledged current concerns, assuring customers that Orange is actively working to resolve them. He expressed gratitude for customer loyalty and emphasized Orange’s commitment to its customers, stakeholders, and employees.
Bah concluded by highlighting Orange’s brand signature and commitment to innovation, stating, “Orange is here is a total commitment for all of us. We say what we do and we do what we say.” He emphasized the company’s dedication to opening new avenues to improve customer services and embracing change for growth.
