Orange Concludes Regional Stakeholders Engagement

Orange Sierra Leone’s Chief Commercial Officer, Haffie Haffner, and CEO of Orange Money, David Mansaray, recently concluded a four-day tour across six districts to engage with local stakeholders and address network concerns.

The tour, which included visits to Kono, Makeni, Kabala, Kambia, Bo, and Kenema, aimed to foster open dialogue and gather firsthand feedback on network performance.

During the visits, local leaders expressed gratitude for the engagement and highlighted the importance of improved communication regarding network issues.

Orange representatives reaffirmed the company’s commitment to addressing these concerns and enhancing network availability.

The tour also served as an opportunity to discuss Orange’s network modernization project, which aims to boost mobile and data penetration across the country.

Orange Sierra Leone emphasized its dedication to strengthening stakeholder relations and ensuring customer satisfaction through ongoing investments in network infrastructure and a focus on delivering quality network services.
