The Africell Impact Foundation, the charitable arm of Africell Sierra Leone, continued its dedication to vulnerable children by supporting the 12th Street Child Marathon in Freetown.
The annual event successfully brought together hundreds of participants to raise awareness and funds for the education and well-being of street children across the nation. As a long-standing partner of the marathon, the foundation’s involvement this year reinforces its role in corporate social responsibility, Street Child said.
In a statement, the foundation expressed pride in its continued support, emphasizing its commitment to empowering communities and improving lives. Demonstrating this commitment, Africell staff and Afrimoney team members actively participated in the 5K, 10K, and full marathon categories, fostering a vibrant, community-oriented atmosphere while promoting the cause.

Marathon organizers lauded Africell’s sustained support, recognizing the Africell Impact Foundation as a vital partner in the event’s growth into a national movement for change. The marathon concluded with inspiring stories and a strong sense of unity, highlighting the collective endeavor to create better futures for Sierra Leone’s most vulnerable children.
