Orange celebrates Customer Service Week with key focus on excellence

Orange Sierra Leone kicked off its Customer Service Week on Monday with the theme “Celebrating Excellence in our Customer Service.” The event, held at Orange headquarters in Hill Station, featured a panel discussion on “Speaking to Service Excellence in Sierra Leone.”

CEO Sekou Amadou Bah emphasized that customer service is a core company value, highlighting Orange’s significant impact on connectivity, job creation, and community development in Sierra Leone. Panelists from various sectors, including government and civil society, discussed the importance of customer service and shared their perspectives.

The event concluded with Orange Sierra Leone expressing gratitude to its loyal customers and partners, presenting plaques of appreciation to long-term subscribers. This Customer Service Week serves to celebrate excellence and reinforce Orange Sierra Leone’s commitment to improving customer service and fostering strong community connections.
